I had an introductory appointment at 9:00 AM. They asked me to show up 10-15 minutes earlier, so I did. But no one is here, so I wait for them to open. A nice person came about 8:55, and she told me that her manager contacted her just now to say my session is canceled because the person who is scheduled to do the stretch called in sick. I have been going to the stretch lab for a while now and it has been a great experience. I highly recommend it ask for Meron or Devon.
I’ve had 12 25 minute flex sessions with Fatima and have arranged 4 more. She has been great in helping me with flexibility.
I scheduled a session here for the first time over Phone. I received email confirmation. It was in the middle of the day so I organized my day around it but when I showed up on time, they said they don’t have my appointment. They don’t see it in their system. Never going there again.
