I've experienced neck, shoulder and back pain for honestly the last 20 years. My job is really hard on my body and I've tried chiropractors and physical therapist with little to no help. I just tried stretch therapy and wish I knew about it sooner. It has relieved so much pain, stiffness and immobility that truly ruined my quality of life. I am SO grateful for Chris's work it has literally changed my life for the better!

I've gone to this location and others for years. I purchased a gift certificate/gift card for 15 stretches Black Friday 2023. I used 6 of the stretches with 9 remaining. I called last week to schedule and was told by the manager that they couldn't honor my purchase. There is a federal gift card act of 2009 that clearly states that gift cards/certificates must be honored for 5 yrs! Joining Stretch Lab and making the decision to include a weekly 50-minute stretch in my self-care plan has been the best decision I’ve made this year.
