UPDATE (8/14): I’m sharing this review to highlight a serious customer‑service issue at this StretchLab location. After speaking directly with the General Manager, Kevin, I learned that my four monthly credits had been zeroed out due to a system error. Despite evidence of the mistake, he declined to correct the issue or address prior billing inaccuracies. My mom visited for the first time this week and she can’t stop talking about how great it was. She says Kevin did a great job and she felt so much better after the stretch and she will return and refer others.
The environment and people are extremely warm and welcoming and that is the main reason why I keep coming back. Dominique is incredible at what he does and and I always leave feeling relieved and relaxed. With his athletic/training background he is supportive, knowledgeable and explains every stretch and every move with detail.
