I recently had knee surgery and started coming to StretchLab in Oviedo to help with my recovery. Jouna (my "Flexologist") has been absolutely amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful, and always gives me great, practical tips on how to improve. I always leave feeling so much better. They are so lucky to have her on their team!

I’ve been going to StretchLab Oviedo for about a year as part of my training and recovery routine, especially while preparing for two HYROX races in Atlanta and Houston. The team here has been a big help with flexibility and recovery. I want to especially highlight Jouna—she is knowledgeable, welcoming, and makes every session comfortable and effective. The ONE thing I don’t like is bad customer service. When I walk into an establishment, I expect to be greeted, even if it’s with a “We will be right with you” but to walk in and you look me in my face and not acknowledge me is very distasteful. I was trying it out with the free session but I just left. Wouldn’t waste my time.

First visit was fantastic. I have stiffness's in my hips and knee so was unsure how I would feel. Oh my it felt so good the have the joint stretched with just the right amount of pressure and resistance from Brian. He explained the process and went at the best pace and duration for my body. I decided to purchase further sections and am able to use my health spending account. Five full stars. Give them a try.
