Yesterday, Ashley stretched me at North Scottsdale StretchLab. She asked me in advance if there was any injuries or anything specific I was needing. I told her I was having a little trouble with tennis elbow and was a little tight all over. Over the next 50 minutes she actively stretched me. I love StretchLab! The resistance stretching allows greater range of motion to enable better movement and symmetry in range of motion. It also allows that motion to move into restricted joints, muscles and tissue so that exercise and daily functions are more productive with less stress on my body. I love Stretch Lab! I do a lot of yoga, but having someone stretch me gives me the resistance I can’t get by myself. It is amazing for neck and back pain and much different than a massage. They have all been so nice and helpful.
I wake up every Tuesday and look forward to my weekly appointment at Stretch Lab with Matt B. His laid-back attitude helps me relax during the assisted stretching. I appreciate his quiet demeanor that allows me to focus on breathing during the stretch. I always leave rejuvenated and ready to face the day.
I love stretch lab. Fully addicted. I recommend Matt at the Scottsdale Hayden location. Amazing tech.
