I did the 50km Coastrek walk and had the privilege of being stretched-out by StretchLab. I'm hoping it aides in my recovery.
Matt and his team were very welcoming and friendly. The professional team scanned my body to show the imbalance in my body before targeting the stretch to my areas of concern. Left there feeling so much better. Will definitely make this part of my weekly routine.
I am no longer a member 2024 since change of owners I would 100% recommend that you try a free trial at a Stretch Lab Studio I’ve been a member now for nearly 18mths and attend once a week My eldest Son made a comment early on by saying “Mum are you getting taller “ My posture and flexibility has really improved by being stretched I like to try all the reflexologists when I book my 25minute session although I do have my favourites The studio is a relaxing clean modern space with relaxing energising music
