Had a package of 4 50 minute stretch’s per month. There was not enough availability to get the stretch’s in every week. This happened multiple times. I would end up not being able to get all the stretch’s in during the month. I thought I had canceled through the software app; apparently you have to go in person or call to cancel your contract. Title: Absolutely Unacceptable – Refusal to Cancel Account I have never written a review like this before, but this company has left me no choice. I’ve called them repeatedly, left multiple messages, and even clarified that I wanted to pause or cancel my account—yet they simply refuse to stop contacting me.
