I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to StretchLab. After paying for and receiving my stretching service, I was informed that I could not use the facility to change back into my work clothes. As a paying customer, I found this very inconvenient and frustrating. Because I was not allowed to change on-site, I had to go out of my way to find a public restroom to change before going to work. BEWARE!! I was eager to try them. I am a former dancer and very athletic. They were running a promotion. The desk clerk said I could stock up on the sale. I contacted them multiple times to start. Subsequently, I was charged for six sessions; however, I could only use four. Nowhere on the promotion flyer, from the clerk who sold me the promotion, from the manager, Susan, or on the website, does it state the expiration date for what I bought. I went to Stretch LAB in severe pain from chronic spinal stenosis, hoping for relief. My therapist helped me get a body scan and provided a 50 minute session of all body stretching. Today I am FREE from pain and more limber than I have been in weeks!! I am grateful for my therapist and to Stretch LAB for changing my life trajectory!!
