Jerry is fantastic!! He is personable and easy to talk to during sessions. He is great at figuring out how to improve mobility and flexibility on a very individualized basis. After our introductory stretch, he knew my goals and what I wanted to accomplish and each session builds on the previous to achieve that. Stretching to maintain range of motion and balance. Going well so far.
Stretch lab is great keeps your body loose takes a lot of the pain away
