I did not know I needed this until I tried it. My therapist was Mariely, she did amazing. She explained how each stretch would improve my body and recommended best practices in between workouts. It was so good, I booked a 55min session with her for the following Friday. I would definitely recommend.

I went with reasonable expectations, this may help and it’s cheaper than physical therapy. I worked with Chineme, he found the area behind my knee that needed work, it hurt and I left with a sore right knee. The next day as I moved around I realized that I didn’t have any knee pain. I’m going back! Thanks Chineme.
