I'm old and I've been having therapeutic massages for 45 years which puts me easily over 150 of them. I am a first time visitor to Stretch Lab (or any stretch assistance). Lauren was my flexologist and she was great. She has a great energy and explained everything to me. Payton was very kind and helpful, she explained memberships to me but did not pressure me which I appreciated. Will return to see Lauren and Payton again.
*2nd update - StretchLab corporate just sent me a very kind and professional email, and it’s very clear that Jorden in Laguna Niguel does not accurately reflect the organization.
