Spencer at StretchLab in Greenwich is amazing. His stretches are intuitive, smooth, seamless, and highly effective. You will feel like a new person after a full body stretch with him. Additionally, he is the foot guru. He can find rough spots in your feet and ankles, and address them before they become problems. I highly recommend getting an assisted stretch with Spencer!
I’ve had a history of back and hip pain and have tried multiple options; facet nerve ablation and trigger point injections. Spencer was gentle in applying different stretches and knowledgeable about proper positioning. After one session I feel better.I have less stiffness and no iliac crest pain. I am thrilled!
