Very poor customer service - new owners trying to promote improved communication - its hopeless left my session today after expressing my concerns to the manager, to be handed over to another employee who did not look comfortable with what they had been asked to do - waited 10 minutes for the staff to not be able to book in future sessions for me. It is supposed to be relaxing - but all you hear are manager / owners complaining about staff - whilst the they leave the doors wide open on 12 Degree day.
Communication is terrible, really bad . BUT , the girls there are wonderful, friendly, and do such a great job . Owner just needs to ansew phone -- emails-- ect
Poor communication! I've tried to contact them to organise a suitable appointment via phone, email and in person over the span of almost 3 weeks now! Still no one has bothered to contact me back!
Had the best experience with Lea. She is very knowledgeable and truly knows how to provide very detailed treatment according to your needs. Highly recommend.
A good stretch was had by Amy. After sales service a bit less than desirable. Six months expiry on credits but no email saying you are approaching your six month limit.
