The staff members I interacted with are very nice and knowledgeable. This location had difficulty keeping staff members which made scheduling more difficult. It was also disruptive to establishing a working relationship with a reflexologist. I had to go over my pain points and limitations with a new person each week. I canceled my membership and forfeited my last month of stretches, but was recently informed that the studio has been sold so maybe the new management will have better luck retaining employees.

StretchLab has been an integral part of my fitness journey. Both Leo and Crystal have been amazing to work with to achieve some of my personal goals. They adjust based on where you are. Can’t recommend this highly enough!

Really solid experience overall. The staff was friendly and professional, and the studio was clean and welcoming. The stretch sessions definitely helped with tightness and mobility, especially after long workdays. Scheduling was pretty easy and the atmosphere was relaxing.
