I purchased a 3 mo membership and go once a week. I really enjoy it. Griffin is excellent in stretching me. I always feel better afterward.
First stretch was exceptional. Focused exactly where I needed it and provided substantial relief from pain and stiffness.
Church has been very instrumental in to my journey of being stretched. He works on the areas that are needed and he knows how to make my muscles and bones react to his experience. I am very happy with church and would recommend him to anyone Deirdre. 🥰
Kayla did great job! She found a few areas that I didn’t realize even needed to be worked on.
Brittany is so knowledgeable on muscle anatomy. She worked on my upper body and I swear my head didn’t even feel attached when I left I was so lose and light!
