The stretches are great. The staff is lovely. Their policies are for the birds. if you need to pause your membership they will charge you for it. They make it very difficult to manage your membership with their 14 day and 30 day notices depending on what you need to do. There’s no room for clients who’ve been coming for a while while they don’t make any special considerations it is. This is about money over everything like every other business. I wouldn’t get myself wrapped up in their membership plans
