Stretchlab Five Dock with Nikki as my flexologist has been a wonderful experience. Always on time, always in an immaculately clean environment, always providing a wonderful service. I feel great for the week after my Monday stretch. I Highly recommend Stretchlab Five Dock
Had an amazing session. The specialist who worked with me (I guess it was Sakkhi) was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience super comfortable and effective. She guided me through every movement, helped me release a lot of tension I didn’t even realize I had, and I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend booking a session if you’ve been feeling tight or just want to move better. Can’t wait to go back!
I recently cancelled my StretchLab membership 48 hours after an automatic renewal charge. Despite cancelling promptly and clearly stating I would not be using any future classes, my request for a refund was refused, with the business instead offering to hold the money as credit for services I do not intend to use. I have been attending Five Dock StretchLab for well over two years now, usually on a weekly basis. I work in IT so spend a lot of time seated at a desk. I have seen significant benefits from regular stretching. My chiropractor has also noticed and commented on improvement in my joint movement since I started. The team are fantastic and friendly. Can be painful at times but with the pain comes relief after. You definitely can really feel the difference. Give it a try, I am sure you won’t regret it!
Excellent service always! Anthony is a great operator and Sakhi is my go to practitioner. Skilled and insightful - gets me and knows just how far she can push me. I always walk away feeling better and more flexible.
