Stretch Lab Five Dock has been a great support to my son for active recovery from training and injuries. Anthony and his team are knowledgeable and caring and I would highly recommend them.
As with other low reviews I had two separate issues with renewal and refunds . Unwilling to compromise .

Had an amazing session. The specialist who worked with me (I guess it was Sakkhi) was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience super comfortable and effective. She guided me through every movement, helped me release a lot of tension I didn’t even realize I had, and I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend booking a session if you’ve been feeling tight or just want to move better. Can’t wait to go back!
