Ariana is wonderful! She has helped my body so much- I was having chronic leg pain that has resolved entirely after seeing her!
I've been going to Ariana for almost over a year now and she has helped me so much! I had major hip surgery and really struggled with after surgery nerve pain and tightness and seeing her regularly completely changed how my hip felt and my range of motion. She's intuitive and listens to the nervous system while stretching you. There's no pain and you just relax while she does her work. Ariana was amazing. She spent time upfront going over my alignment and where I tend to have pain, tightness or get sore (I play a ton of tennis and other sports). She then brought me through an amazing routine and then gave me follow up exercises. I was amazed because I felt better for weeks after our session. I don’t live in SB full time but I’ll be going back at every opportunity. Highly recommend.
