Keith has been my family's preferred massage therapist for over five years. I scheduled an appt last week due to chronic left-side pain. Keith's technique gets into all the places causing the nagging pain. After my massage, my movement has been better with minimum pain.
I was Christmas gifted this massage and have not had a lot of experience with having them. I was truly amazed with how Keith approached this session and addressed the needs I expressed would be most therapeutic and relaxing for me. He provided a perfect blend of pressure and technique leaving me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Weeks later I can tell it made a difference. As an RN, I highly recommend Keith. Am looking forward to my next massage and exploring more healing potentials with him.
