I went to StretchAbility for a stretch and a massage. Bri did my stretch and I was thoroughly impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She stretched my entire body and gave me pointers on how to reduce my lower back pain. She also showed me some better ways to perform some daily stretches at home to open up a few muscle groups. After the stretch, my body felt like that was exactly what it needed. Also, I received a massage from Scotsha.
