Unprofessional behavior by staff and souring experience. I Confirmed my appointment for tonight however when my wife arrived she was told we did not confirm appointment and thus the service will not be provided. Even though I received a text saying “great we will see you this evening”. Was excited to try this stretch zone but will not be coming back.
Great experience all around. Has really improved my flexibility and everyone there is great to work with. Highly recommend!
Stretch by Michael at Short Pump is a wonderful experience. I feel great after each session!!! The studio is clean and comfortable! He is awesome! You should treat yourself!!!
