I did a few sessions at the chappaqua location because of back pain , what an amazing experience , extremely recommended. Place is super clean and stuff is so welcoming. If u looking for a good stretch , this is the spot.
Got my first stretch today it was amazing. You don’t really know how tight your body really gets on you until you start stretching more. I signed up for the month and it’s pretty affordable.
