Marlene is highly knowledgeable and works magic
Marlane is really great at her job. She is also very personable and has a great taste in music. She takes her job seriously and stretches you as far as your body tells her it can go. I highly recommend Marlane and this location. Thank you Marlane for helping me feel better.

Marlene did my stretch and she was amazing! When I walked in my body was tight and I had sore muscles and when she was done I felt like I was walking on a cloud. She was very thorough and explained everything as she was doing the stretches. She took the time to understand what my body needed, and was very in tune with every stretch. I felt very comfortable with her and that I was in very good hands. I highly recommend Stretch Zone! You will not be disappointed!!
I’ve been tight & sore for months and after two sessions with Josh at the Chappaqua location I am feeling much less tight and able to move a lot easier thanks Josh. I will be back for more sessions.J Mariano
