I'm a 67 year old male and I've been visiting the Stretch Zone in Mentor for a couple months now. I am having them focus on my lower back and neck for routine stretch and relief that I had previously gone to a Chiropractor for. I am extremely impressed with the Stretch Zone in Mentor! The staff are well-trained, friendly and highly professional. On top of that the facility is beautiful and immaculately clean. It feels awesome to get a good, deep assisted stretch. It's a great place to start if you're wanting to feel more agile and energetic or a super add-on therapy to your regular exercise regimen.
