This place has been amazing for my shoulder injury recovery. J Smith is so knowledgeable and awesome at her job of stretching. She also takes time to explain why the stretch works and how it helps the injury heal. I would strongly recommend Stretch Zone and J Smith!
Hector was my technician and he was the best. A week ago I could barely walk. After my first session with Hector I was so much better. I went back for another session with Hector yesterday and I am so much better again. It is hard to believe that in two sessions I am 90% better. Way better than a chiropractor. Try the free stretch and you will be a believer too.
Stretch Zone has been very helpful in regards to my health. My balance has been so significantly improved. I have had a very excellent trainer, Jay Smith. I have been with the program for 3 months. As I said this has greatly helped me. The work is done for us. Highly recommended!
Jay is wonderful. She has been working on my hips and restored considerable flexibility! She is a great person to work with. I highly recommend her.
