I have been dealing with a tight hip flexor for three years. I went to Ortho and physical therapy but nothing has helped me more than my weekly stretches. I joined stretch zone May of 2024. Since then my hip pain has significantly decreased and my flexibility has improved. Highly recommend giving Stretch Zone a try.
Provider was top notch and very personable and knew what she was doing...very good...feel like a new person

Always pleased with how much better my body feels after a session. I like how Kai can focus on lower body only for the whole session since that’s what I need right now.
As always a great stretch at Stretch Zone. My back has been bothering me for 2 weeks and I had immediate relief after my appointment with Kai @ the Colonie location. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
