Stretch Zone has been very helpful in regards to my health. My balance has been so significantly improved. I have had a very excellent trainer, Jay Smith. I have been with the program for 3 months. As I said this has greatly helped me. The work is done for us. Highly recommended!
Jay is wonderful. She has been working on my hips and restored considerable flexibility! She is a great person to work with. I highly recommend her.

The BEST thing i have ever done for myself....I found the Stretch Zone and went back and forth about going...Went in for my initial visit and the burning that was in my shoulder was GONE...1st visit....Have been going ever since and will probably never stop....Highly recommended!!!
I am 4 visits in and after my first visit the burning in my shoulder was gone and has not returned....They are the best!!!!!
