Upon arriving at this location, I was barely greeted when I walked through the door. The staff member at the front desk asked if I had an appointment while still actively on her personal cell phone, and when I told her yes at 4 PM with the person assigned to me she simply told me to have a seat. Although my appointment was scheduled for 4 PM, my stretcher arrived late for what was supposed to be a 30-minute session.
