The stretch at Stretchzone in Cutler Bay was just what I needed definitely game-changing for me. The knowledge provided by Marco was really helpful, and I've seen a noticeable decrease in muscle tension. I love that it's not just about stretching but also about understanding my body's needs. Highly recommend!

I arrived 7 minutes early, Alina was at desk we spoke of my appt and she asked me to have a seat. She had 1 person on the table while she was behind desk, when he finished, he asked if he should take the leads off his back and she said unless you want to go home with them, she came and sat next to me and asked about why I was there. When I started to explain and said Im seeing a chiropractor for my tendon, she rolled her eyes and said they only treat bones! I initially had a positive experience with Stretch Zone. However, it really upsets me that I tried to cancel the membership & there isn’t an option to do so using the online account. I called to ask about cancellation & did exactly what I was told to do. I sent an email with details I was told to include, but there was no response to that email & no follow-up call, like I was told. I called the store twice since then & asked to speak with a manager.
