Everyone is so friendly and nice and clean, when i get up, I am good. Lacee is so handon,when I started,Lacee talked me through what she was doing and the feeling I was feel and mycramps and Charlie horses were going away in my legs,my arms are must lower, and she works on the hold body it's really painless and I and able to do somethings without being in, pain or my joints aching.
