I'm seeing a lot of progress in my flexibility and movement since I started going to stretch zone and working with Coltin. I look forward to my visits as it leaves me feeling better and more limber.
Coltin is the man. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and really listens to your needs. He tailors the session to your immediate focus but also sees the long term goals. Fantastic experience every time, you’ll leave feeling loose, alleviate pain you didn’t know you had, and learn a lot. Look forward to my sessions every week. Highly recommended

Coltin has been fantastic with me and stretching. It has been helpful for me more than that. I now pay more attention to my stretching needs. Though Coltin is a Cleveland Browns fan, he is still a really nice and professional person lol Highly suggest Stretch Zone for all ages to move to better health across the board. Mike
