Halle and Cooper are both awesome and have helped me so far on my journey to increased mobility/ flexibility. Both do a great job balancing the effectiveness of the actual stretches with explaining what muscle we’re targeting/ where I should be feeling the stretch. Also do a great job of modifying stretches if I’m feeling it somewhere else. These stretch sessions feel a lot more productive per minute compared to when I’m stretching on my own.
10/10- Halle is the BEST! First session already relieved so much tension!
what a superb and unexpected experience! I stretch very often, but I've never stretched like this. It was a game changer for my body and I was so grateful to have Drew as my consult: he was knowledgeable, funny, and easy to talk with.
