Just tried out Stretch Zone for the first time a couple weeks ago. At first I thought why would I need to go somewhere to stretch when I can just do it at home. I quickly found out it’s more than just stretching. I find it very relaxing and a great way to prevent future injuries. Tyler really knows what he is doing and asks me each time where I feel I need some relief. After two sessions I’ve already noticed it helps a lot with muscle soreness from working out.
This place is amazing! I’ve been dealing with lower back and hip tightness for a while, but since I started coming here, it has improved tremendously—I feel so much better. Logan and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their mobility and range of motion.
Stretch Zone has been perfect for me! I have had all the trainers stretch me at this point in my journey and have enjoyed them all. They are all knowledgeable and I am happy to have found this place. It's a very clean environment.
Logan is a true professional, I appreciate that she takes the time to ask what my specific stretch needs are going into each session. I also am great full as to the relief I get following each session it is truly helping me through some tightness issues I’m having due to injury. Nevertheless for that 30 minutes I am feeling good.
