Great experience at Stretch Zone St. Augustine North in Palencia. Logan was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole session comfortable and effective. As someone who runs a lot, the assisted stretch really helped open up my hips and hamstrings. I walked out feeling looser and moving better. Highly recommend.
