Excellent stretch. Equipment and personnel allow you to do more than you would be able to do if you were stretching on your own.

I feel that the expiration of credits that you've paid for is a bit on the strict side. Understand that folks have busy schedules and sometimes it's not easy to get appointments that fit those schedules. In my opinion a paid service for future credits shouldn't even expire its kind of dishonest.

Today February 6, I arrived for my scheduled stretch session only to find that the facility had no electricity. Upon inquiring, I was informed that the electricity bill was not paid. Approximately a month ago, the water was also shut off due to non-payment, forcing customers to use the restroom facilities of a neighboring business. I question whether this type of irresponsible business management aligns with Stretch Zone's values. I would expect that such behavior from a manager would not be tolerated. Austin at Stretch zone was great! Really does a good job of listening and focuses good on the areas of concern. I recommend the full hour it was amazing! I will more than likely continue another month.
