Was referred by my massage therapist, not specifically to the Oak Creek location, but James calling and texting repeatedly up until an hour before my appointment to confirm that I’m coming even though I already confirmed twice is beyond obnoxious. No thanks!

Horrible, customer service experience and over charging customers. I told the sales guy that I wanted to cancel my membership. He said that was fine and that he would take care of it. He never gave me any documentation saying he was going to cancel my membership and he told me nothing about going in their portable to cancel my membership. I then noticed on my bank statement that I was charged $99. I went into the store and complained a second time and he said that I have to go to the portable and cancel my membership.
