Loved the stretching, very professional and courteous.
I am involved in very physically demanding sports leaving my body and muscles very tight. I've noticed an increase in my flexibility after about a month of a couple stretches per week. Very great trainers! Was welcomed with a warm smile from the front desk upon entry! Very welcoming environment to newcomers.
I've been going to Stretch Zone for a month now and am definitely feeling the difference! The stiffness and discomfort that I had been experiencing are pretty much gone. Nick is great- explains everything well. I highly recommend trying this!
They really are helping me move easier, I have RA and my mobility has improved significantly. I also have a bad back that I had surgery on and they are helping me to be able to stand straight again. Thanks, love the place !
Awesome!!! So glad I found this place! It’s only been 1 month and my flexibility has greatly improved. Assisted stretch is better than any stretching you could do by yourself. I highly recommend Kaia!!!
