Unacceptable Business Practices – Impossible to Contact or Cancel I am extremely disappointed in Stretch Zone and their complete lack of accountability or basic customer support. I have been trying to cancel my contract for weeks with no success. Since their original location closed, physical access has been virtually non-existent. James that runs this streach zone is horrible with customers and argues with them. He lies about the auto renewal and length your sessions are valid for. STAY away from Oak Creek Streach Zone
This is by far one of the worst business I have ever dealt with. They lie to you about membership terms. Stay away.
Very poor customer service..They shut down abruptly with no number to call for information. I changed my debit card so they wouldn't be able to chrge me for any more sessions. I finally got a call today from them to discuss my account. I asked if Kaia was returning when this location opens back up under new owners and they said no she will not be returning. The only reason I went there is because of her. So I asked for my money back for the 8 session I already paid for and they said because I paid before they closed the loca... read more
Have been a weekly client for years. This location abruptly shut its doors in June, and it has been an absolute nightmare! My credit card has been charged twice for a monthly membership I cannot use. I prepaid for approximately fifteen 30 minute sessions, and their website shows I have none. Corporate refuses to return calls/emails, and the supposed new owner never reached out. What a great way to treat one of your best customers:(
