Horrible, customer service experience and over charging customers. I told the sales guy that I wanted to cancel my membership. He said that was fine and that he would take care of it. He never gave me any documentation saying he was going to cancel my membership and he told me nothing about going in their portable to cancel my membership. I then noticed on my bank statement that I was charged $99. I went into the store and complained a second time and he said that I have to go to the portable and cancel my membership. I truely appreciate the service and professionalism I receive from Delia at Stretch Zone Oak Creek. As an active senior who golf’s 3-4 times per week I am able to maintain a high level of flexibility and looseness while avoiding aches and pains.
