I strongly recommend stretch zone. Great way to increase flexibility and reduce risk of injury
I have been getting stretches from Jason for a few months now. I have seen amazing results. I am over 60 and have never been flexible. Jason has done an amazing job helping me increase range of motion. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens to my concerns and addresses them effectively. He always greets me with a friendly smile and makes me feel welcome. The scheduling and communications are always timely and straight forward. Coming here was one of the best decisions I have made for my health and wellbeing.
Jason gave me an intro stretch to check them out for the first time. I didn't know what to expect as I've never been to somewhere for passive stretching. Jason was very knowledgable and thorough about the body and what to expect. He checked in with me throughout the stretch to make sure I was comfortable and there wasn't too much or too little stretch being applied.
