Jason was awesome and so helpful. He took the time to listen to my needs and work up a stretch plan that was unique to me. I was in dire need of getting stretched after having terrible hip flexor pain from my workouts. I instantly felt better after attending stretch zone. I highly recommend!
Only thing I know to say is IT HURTS SO GOOD!! I wouldn’t stretch myself this well on my own. Leave there looking forward to my next visit! Treat yourself today!!

Bumped up my stretch sessions to an hour at Stretch Zone in Cornelius with Jason. Results were 5 stars. Suggest giving this some consideration if you struggle with flexibility as I do.
