I have been getting stretches from Jason for a few months now. I have seen amazing results. I am over 60 and have never been flexible. Jason has done an amazing job helping me increase range of motion. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He listens to my concerns and addresses them effectively. He always greets me with a friendly smile and makes me feel welcome. The scheduling and communications are always timely and straight forward. Coming here was one of the best decisions I have made for my health and wellbeing.
Jason gave me an intro stretch to check them out for the first time. I didn't know what to expect as I've never been to somewhere for passive stretching. Jason was very knowledgable and thorough about the body and what to expect. He checked in with me throughout the stretch to make sure I was comfortable and there wasn't too much or too little stretch being applied. Great stretch session!
As part of my PT my doc recommended that I stretch. I tried it on my own and it wasn't working. I found StretchZone and my life changed in that moment. Jason was AH-MAZING the staff (Debra & Destiny) is very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Do yourself and your body a favor - go see Jason or Debra and let them give you the stretch you didnt know you needed. Thank me after.
This was my first session after my demo stretch session. I felt good as I was getting stretched. Deborah was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Depending on how I feel in a few days , I will probably purchase the promotional package.
