Been going for 1 month and have all ready noticed an improvement in my back pain
Don’t be dumb, go, get stretched, the first visit is free but I’d bet you can’t go just once the entire crew I met at the Cornelius location were really chill and played great music.
I visited today with tightness on my right hip and back. Ezekiel gave me the best stretch I’ve had since I learned of a lumbar strain that was diagnosed about 2 months ago. Dr. Said “it will get better in about 6 week's” which it has gotten much better. Previously, I had several stretch’s in Scottsdale (stretch zone)and Orange County California (stretch zone)..This young man is really good and he is caring. He gets the trophy Thank you Ezekiel!!
Love Stretch Zone! The practitioners are personable, professional and knowledgeable. Can assist with issues you may have and target those problem areas.
I can’t recommend Stretch Zone enough! Sonda has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I walk out feeling noticeably better after every single session. Being able to finally touch my toes again is a huge win! If you’re on the fence, believe me—it is 100% worth it. Ask for Sonda!
