I can’t recommend Stretch Zone enough! Sonda has been absolutely amazing to work with. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I walk out feeling noticeably better after every single session. Being able to finally touch my toes again is a huge win! If you’re on the fence, believe me—it is 100% worth it. Ask for Sonda!
I cannot say enough good things about Stretch Zone, and especially Halley. Since I started working with her, it has completely changed how I feel day to day. Stretch Zone Cornelius uses misleading membership terms. I was charged unexpectedly, and canceling was far more difficult than what was explained at sign-up. What I was told verbally did not match the actual billing and cancellation requirements. Once the charges appeared, it felt like the confusion was intentional. This location seems more focused on locking people into memberships than being transparent. Had the terms been explained honestly upfront, I would never have signed up. Proceed with extreme caution
I would highly recommend this to individuals of all ages. I can definitely tell a difference in flexibility and feel this is having a positive effect on my overall health.
