Started off fine so I signed the agreement. After 2 weeks they opened a new location and staff was severely cut and I was unable to schedule appointments that fit my schedule. Most times only had 1 person working and 3 empty tables. Would not return calls or emails. I tried to mitigate amicably but no one would return communication and after an additional $360 was taken from my account they eventually responded to a text but to this date months later will not respond. Bait and switch.

Shocked and Appalled by this company. I went for a free consultation and loved it. Michael was inspiring and I signed up for the 3 times a week package and paid in full $420. I scheduled my appointments for the next 3 weeks. 3 days later I reviewed my banking account and was charged $1200 instead. I called and they adjusted my payment. All was well. I went for my first schedule appointment and somehow it was not on the books. They fit me in with a worker that lacked the ability to stretch at all. It was a wasted appointment.... read more
