Keep up the great job
I’ve had wonderful stretch sessions here from GG and Mario! I call it lazy yoga but I guess passive yoga would be a better term! It’s a great feel good self-care option. I love that the practitioners really know their exercise science and can help me isolate muscles that need more attention in my fitness routine. Kudos to Mario! I was a little hesitant when I scheduled a hour with a new staff member but he was great! I left with a wonderful sense of well-being!
Jessica at Stretch Zone Wellington is so, so good! She's gentle but stro ng & after being away for many months, she picked up right where we left off! Totally recommend her!
