Noticed my joints stiff after sitting,age. Went in for the free session. Right away noticed easier to get off table and out of car when normally I need a little bit to stand up before walking. Laura was great movements stretchy but not painful, a subscription about 50 for 4 sessions. Go on once a week which is not bad. Otherwise about 89.00 a visit . They recommended 2 months for maximum benefit. Will definitely do 2 months when return since I noticed difference already. Relaxed atmosphere.
Sarah is the best, the sessions are helping me with a shoulder pain I have for several weeks.
Love getting stretched. I typically book a double session and truly feel the benefit of it. Staff are super friendly and above all, knowledgeable.
