I was having terrible back pain and I reached out to Stretch Zone and talked to Lindsay. I signed up for 4 sessions with her and I’m currently 2 sessions in and the back pain has already substantially gotten better! She is very professional and does an amazing job! I would HIGHLY recommend her! I didn’t know how important stretching was for your back until she explained to me how much it could help!
