My father signed up for a one time charge and he specifically asked the facility if it was a one time charge. He was assured it was just a one time charged but has now been charged for several months for a subscription he did not agree to. There is not a mechanism on the website or in the app to cancel the charge or delete his card information. assisted stretching is such an effective way to reduce pain, improve balance, increase body awareness. i loved my experience with Angel, and think that if more people did this we would have fewer injuries and falls in our day to day lives. thank you for bringing this to NOLA!
