This place is just what I've needed. Dan explained what he thought was going on with my body and stretched me in ways that felt great, always asking if the stretch was too much or not enough.
Daniel is very patient and gentle while stretching me. He explains my progress. I have been going to stretch zone for a little over a month now and see the progress already. Please remember to be patient and everyone ‘s journey is different. My sciatica pain is not as frequent, not as painful and the duration has decreased as well. Thank you Daniel!
