I am going to leave a long comment that might help others go to the Stretch Zone. have been experiencing chronic pain in my back, hinder, and legs. At times this pain would spike. I have seen both the Chiropractor and a Massage Therapist several times as this pain spiked. At the advice of my Masseuse I tried the Stretch Zone to get relief through professionally assisted Stretches. Really not happy with these guys.
This place is great! Aprajita is authentic and delightful, and stretches me SO well. She stretches muscles I wouldn't even consider, or be able to stretch on my own. I always leave feeling so much better than I came in.
