I didn't realize how important it was to stretch daily. I was getting to where I had thoughts of how would I care for myself as I aged.The sessions I have received from Carl have been so impactful. I am not cramping as I did before. I actually am able to bend and flex my body the way I did years ago. I am doing stretches at home between sessions. Its a lifetime change. Im sorry grateful my daughter suggested it to me. Additionally, the entire staff is exceptionally friendly. I recommend it to everyone.
Stretch Zone is amazing!!! Sam listened to me and knew exactly what I needed. I have had horrible left shoulder pain for quite some time. After today’s demo, I feel GREAT! I’m so excited about my next visits 🤗 GO TO STRETCH ZONE NOWWW! Your body will thank you!!
Wonderful place for relieving aches and pains. My mild to moderate low back pain has improved significantly. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always encouraging during each session. I highly recommend this place—I'm feeling better with every weekly visit. Jaquan, Travis, and Max are exceptional — their stretching techniques and encouraging conversations make every session even better.
Why is this location for local residents only ? No other location is 🤔
Samantha is the best. She is knowledgeable and explains what is being stretched. She is a RockStar!!
