I I'm new to the Stretch Zone. So far, I've had two sessions. I have really tight hamstrings and can already tell how they have helped loosen me up.
This is my second visit here and it was GREAT!!! I feel so energized once the therapist is done. If you have not tried them, please stop by and see them. I promise you will like it.
