Friendly, nice, and doing great work
I had been struggling with lower back pain for a while and tried both a chiropractor and physical therapy, but the results I got from Stretch Zone were truly beyond my expectations. I love this place. Get stretched your muscles need it.
I sent a email request to cancel my membership within 30 days per membership agreement. I spoke with the regional/studio manager (Cara/Kara) to ensure nothing else was needed and she told me as long as I sent the request within 30 days. However, I was still charged the next month. I sent a follow up email and called but no one answered. I had to go into the studio to get a response.
