This was my first session after my free one. I went in with a headache and my knees aching. I left with no pain in my knees and my headache gone. I am well relaxed. Griffin did an amazing job especially with my very first neck stretch.
First time going there. The therapist Ivy was very informative she communicated the whole session very well. I think it’s a little pricy. But worth it. Looking forward to seeing how much I progress in the future while working with them.
Hallie Douglas is excellent as a “stretch professional”. She has a wonderful personality and you will definitely leave feeling stretched! Job well done!!!
