I came in for the free introductory stretch . Thank you to Sarah B. She was very nice and informative. The work on my legs was not only needed, but it was good. I ended up getting a couple sessions. Ive been an athlete and active, you think you can do it on your own , but honestly it helps to have a trained person work with the function properly
I have been attending Stretch Zone for approximately three weeks now , this is one of the best investment for a persons body. I didn't realize that this was something that was overdue. This is something I need to do more frequently, I feel so much better, and I'm sure it's going to get even better as time go by. Thanks to a young lady, by the name of Sarah Brutus, who pushes the stretch to the limit for more improvements, doing each session.
The staff here is very professional and they are on time with your appointment. They really focus on the important parts that need to be stretched. And also they are very knowledgeable about your muscles and parts of the body that they are stretching. Stretch zone is definitely a must do if you haven't tried it. Just go and get your free 30 minute stretch and trust me you will be signing up for more.

It was a great experience with Sarah! I actually felt better the next day. Coming off a rough Sciatica bout. I'm looking for some type of treatment to help relieve my pain. I did decide to enroll for 12 sessions which is a great deal esp. when you do the math on it. Stretching is so important, it should be part of our daily regimen.
