I've been a member since May. I always leave feeling euphoric after my sessions. They have highly qualified stretch therapists there. The atmosphere is chill and the service I've received is always friendly and professional.
I've been a member for a couple years and go here and there. Always a good stretch. I'm pretty flexible already, but for anyone who needs more range or feels stiff, they have a good 3-4 month program that weekly consistently visits will get you to a much better state of flexibility. Go at your own pace, they can go easy or hard up to you. I've done the slow and steady personally as to not feel sore and it's been good. Aramis is great and works with whatever pace you want. I recommend to many.
