The Zone was spotless! Serge, my Stress certified trainer, was excellent at describing each move and its purpose, listening to my responses when being stretched, and was very personable. Looking forward to my next “stretch”!
I love Stretch Zone, and Jae is amazing. I never realized how good an assisted stretch is for your body until I started going, and I feel great after every stretch.
