I love to see Stella at the Strech Zone in Devon. She is truly amazing, patient and really stretches me in a way that works with my body - as opposed to just going through standard motions or a cookie-cutter stretching routine. She takes the time to listen and work on muscle groups that need extra time and care. I just finished my third session here and already feel tremendous results. The team is extremely friendly and welcoming and very educated in what they are doing and the studio is extremely clean. I highly recommend giving it a try as it is doing wonders for my lower back and knees in just three sessions.
I have just completed a 3 month Stretch Zone program for a few minor issues I was dealing with. The folks at the Devon, PA location have been amazing at bringing some life back into this old body. Particularly Tyler, .... who twisted and stretched me twice a week over the 3 month program, and did a wonderful job of helping to alleviate my aches and pains. I would recommend this location to anyone.
This is the best decision I have made in 2025 so far. The initial visit is thorough, professional and fun. I have seen 4 different staff members and enjoyed all of them. I felt better after the initial stretch and my lower back is straighter than ever before. They are very careful and will never go beyond what is comfortable for me. They check constantly.
