Enjoy the atmosphere there.Very informative on specific areas that were needed regarding my flexibility and tightness within my muscles.
This is the best decision I have made in 2025 so far. The initial visit is thorough, professional and fun. I have seen 4 different staff members and enjoyed all of them. I felt better after the initial stretch and my lower back is straighter than ever before. They are very careful and will never go beyond what is comfortable for me. They check constantly. Today was my 2nd session in 3 days with Corey. I knew things would be fired up from my first session and they were. Corey listened to me about how my body was feeling and made sure to take it all into account with today's session. I do feel a difference in the discomfort I had from doing session #1 after this 2nd session. That's quick progress and I know my body is fighting something it has not experienced at any time.
