I love to see Stella at the Strech Zone in Devon. She is truly amazing, patient and really stretches me in a way that works with my body - as opposed to just going through standard motions or a cookie-cutter stretching routine. She takes the time to listen and work on muscle groups that need extra time and care. I just finished my third session here and already feel tremendous results. The team is extremely friendly and welcoming and very educated in what they are doing and the studio is extremely clean. I highly recommend giving it a try as it is doing wonders for my lower back and knees in just three sessions.
