Maria is fantastic. I felt very comfortable with her stretching techniques and I feel like it really helped to loosen up my hips.

Just came in today for my first free stretch session. By far the Greatest Experience. I’ve had ever to get a nice deep stretch, and really understand where my flexibility can improve by far Stretch zone in particular, has convinced me to come in more often to really get myself evaluated to live a happy and healthier life shout out to Ken and Maria for their wonderful help!
This is a superb business. Ive been going to Stretch Zone twice a week for three months now and it's been very helpful for my flexibility. The staff is outstanding. They're extremely knowledgable and very friendly.
