Wonderful stretching, very relaxing
Found this place when the first opened and I was skeptical but I have always been told I needed to stretch more, so I gave this a chance. I've been going for 3 months now and It is FANTASTIC... My back is the best it has been in years and my feet don't hurt anymore.. I do 30 mins twice a week and it has really made a difference. Alex is great. My hips feel better and walking up steps is stress free when I go to stretch zone. It’s a game changer.
Started getting stretches in February of this year. I'm 65 and suffer from sciatic issues. The stretches done help tremendously and I'm also more looser, limber and now have much less pain!! Highly recommend Brookfield Stretch Zone gang!!
Great stretching experience, staff was super cool, calming atmosphere, and easy to locate. The stretching felt amazing and did not hurt at all, the manager was very knowledgeable.
