Highly recommend! Thanks to great work by Andrew and Jake I've had issues cleared up in my lower back, hips, neck and shoulders that years of other bodywork such as osteopathy, chiro, massage didn't completely address. This intense dynamic stretching was the missing component. Very grateful to have found the Stretch Zone.
