I have been using Stretch Zone for a while and I've enjoyed the benefits I've gotten from going there. I had a sore lower back and legs, and through all of the stretching seesions I no longer have the soreness or stiffness in my back. Well, that was disappointing. I was very excited to try this. I called yesterday and made an appointment for 4:30pm today. He told me to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrive early. He is working on a client. When I tell him I’m there for my 4:30pm appt he says it’s at 5pm. I kindly tell him no, it was set for 4:30pm. He says 5pm. Horrible Customer Service... I explained to the person setting up my appointment what my injuries were -- my main sports injury happened over 30 yrs ago. I have no pain, just stiffness from inactivity and sitting all day for work. I was told this service would be a great option for me, as I continue to do strength training. I had a reservation at 6:30 pm and smb called me one hour ago to confirm, I informed that I’d be on time but when I arrived it was closed however their closing time is 7 pm. Don’t waste your time and money for this place
