My dad and I had appointments today at 11am and 12pm. We called yesterday to schedule around 2 pm. I got an email overnight saying my appointment was canceled with no reason why. Don’t do it!!! They will keep charging you monthly or quarterly- even after you told them in person and sent a request in writing!!! They have charged me more than $1200 ill- all unauthorized, because they refuse to acknowledge a cancelled subscription. Keep your money, use your insurance to go to a qualified physical therapist or get a massage instead!!
