Don’t get caught in their cancellation trap… In the app there is no where to make a cancellation no longer having access until yesterday (5/28) does not help. I reached out to the support team for cancellation but they never confirmed, months back.
I am a truck driver, and I have becoming less and less flexible over the past few years. I decided to give this a try. I've only had 2 sessions with Alex, but I can tell that over time my flexibility will become much better. This is not a play session, they really get to work on you. I had thought about having my wife help me, but this wouldn't work for 2 reasons. 1. We don't have the equipment And 2.
