Great stretch at the Stretch Zone! I don't realize how tight my muscles are till I get them stretched! Looking forward to the next session
I have had five sessions now, my initial intake with Jillian and four sessions with Lea. I could not recommend this more if you are getting massages without first getting stretched you are wasting money The first intake session moved muscles around in my back and relieved tension that had taken years to build. My hips are more flexible My hamstrings more mobile and my back more functional than it has been since my early twenties.
I feel really good after I leave Stretch Zone and that feeling lasts more than one day. Chris is very conscientious.
The Stretch Zone Parker team cares more about taking your money and making sure that they’re paid rather than taking care of the customer. Do not recommend this Stretch Zone!!!
